Yardbird Limited Workmanship Warranty Extended Limited Labor Warranty for WOOD FENCES ONLY is as follows: YARDBIRD warrants to the original purchaser that, for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase, YARDBIRD built fences will be free from workmanship defects when subject to normal and proper use. YARDBIRD sole obligation shall be to replace the quantity of its product proved to YARDBIRD to be defective workmanship, provided the products are being used as originally intended. YARDBIRD will extend this Limited Labor Warranty for all YARDBIRD installed fencing material only if client purchases a clear coat stain or solid color latex stain containing UV protection within thirty (30) days of retail purchase. Purchaser must supply Yardbird with proof of purchase, product brand, and date of staining application. This Extended Limited Labor Warranty is as follows:
YARDBIRD does not guarantee consistent fade free color. Uneven fading and color variations may occur when exposed to the elements. Damages are not covered in this warranty. Alterations to fencing materials voids all warranties. Note: YARDBIRD is not liable for injuries/damages that may occur within stated installation area to include spills and overspray. Two week miminum dry time is required for newly installed wood fencing priop to staining or sealing. Contact our office for complete Limited Workmanship Warranty information. |
